Controller
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the person named in the legal notice.
Which data
Everything you enter in the app, for example club name, player numbers and names, matches, goals and substitutions.
Where it is stored
On your device, in the app storage and as a copy in the folder Documents/MatchdayScore. There are no accounts, no transfer to a server, no tracking and no ads.
Sharing
Only when you share or save an image yourself.
Distribution
The app is distributed through Google Play. Google processes data on download and updates under its own terms. The app itself does not connect to the internet.
This website
When you open this site, connection data (for example the IP address) is processed by the hosting provider for technical reasons: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The transfer to the USA relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Connection data is stored only briefly. We use no cookies and no tracking.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure and restriction, as well as a complaint to a data protection authority.
Deleting
You delete individual matches and players directly in the app. You delete the files in the folder Documents/MatchdayScore yourself.
Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your message and address to answer it. The address support@yajube.com is forwarded to the controller via IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). We delete messages when they are no longer needed.
